At VINTAGE CLOSET LLC, we want you to love your vintage finds. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Our goal is to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us.
2. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on most items within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused.
- The item is returned with all original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- The return request is made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is not a final sale or customized product (see exclusions below).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, follow these simple steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will review your return request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Ship the Item: After receiving the RA number, securely package the item(s) you wish to return, and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Send it Back: Return the item(s) to the address provided in your Return Authorization email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the return, but please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
6. Exclusions
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
- Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “final sale” or heavily discounted.
- Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized for you.
- Underwear and Intimate Apparel: Due to hygiene reasons, items like underwear, hosiery, or any intimate apparel are non-returnable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation. Please send us clear photos of the damage or defect to help us process the return quickly.
8. Late Returns
Returns must be received within 14 days of the delivery date. We cannot accept returns for items received after this period. If your return falls outside of this window, we are unable to process a refund or exchange.
9. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: If you received free shipping on your original order, and you are returning the item(s) that brought the total below the minimum for free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked them as delivered. If you suspect that your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend using a secure shipping address for your orders.
